Baked Chicken with Broccoli & Rice

Prep time 5 minutes, Cook Time 45 minutes, Makes 4 servings

1 10 3/4 oz can of Cream of Broccoli soup
1 cup of water
3/4 cup of uncooked rice "long-grain white rice"
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 skinless/boneless chicken breast
Paprika
Preheat Oven to 375°

Mix together soup, water, rice & pepper in a shallow baking pot.

Butterfly chicken breasts.

Place chicken breast on top of soup mixture.

Bake covered for 45 minutes.

Sprinkle chicken with paprika.
